1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card number, expiry date and security code are entered on Stripe's systems and are never received or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the card brand, the last four digits, and the billing details described above. Stripe processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling, or cross-site tracking pixels, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

2. Why we use it

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it, and every such message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run the shop, and only for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply to them.

4. We do not sell your personal information

Soft Realm Dev LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell the personal information of minors under 16.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a portable copy, and opt out of any sale or sharing of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR.

To exercise any of these, email support@nogames.cc from the address you used to order, or write to the postal address at the top of this page. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we may have to keep records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices.

You can also authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for written proof of that authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data never touches our systems. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of personal data we hold small precisely so that there is little to lose.

8. Children

nogames.cc is intended for people building software and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you order from outside the US, the information described here will be processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email to customers where we have an address for them.
